I've been thinking after one of the other threads about how the results of some of the games can be manipulated so thought I give this a try (with a bit of inspiration from Messy Dice and some long deleted threads).
There are 6 slots 1. Occupied by the loser of the previous round 2. Occupied by the player starting this round 3-6. Open and waiting for volunteers
Once all slots are full, the next player goes to https://play-link.com/random/ and rolls a dice with a delay of at least 1 hour to decide the loser of the previous round and then pastes the link into the thread in slot 1 and themselves in slot 2 and the game continues
What happens to the loser? Each of the other players then have 7 days to inbox them a forfeit to complete (and agree changes if outside their limits)
[The thinking of the game is that the mess you receive is unknown when joining and the dice roll is unknown to the player when they post it so can't influence who the loser might be. There is also a very small risk of a run of bad luck leading to repeated losses.
Thanks for putting in the effort to make things less manipulative! I think you'll always have to contend with people not posting/paying up, but that's just the nature of these things.
This is a fun idea. Thank you, Gems. I like the fact that the dice can't be rigged and also that the messy punishments are unknown.-- the wheels are fun, but often result in the same and predicted messes.
One suggestion (not yet, but if others agree) is maybe increase the time from 5 minutes to at least an hour- as sometimes there's a delay when these can get posted, and sometimes it may take a few minutes for us to prep the message. If its under 5 minutes, someone could have a few different links ready, and post the one that they like. --it also gives those waiting some "anticipation time" . I agree not too long though because if there's too-long of a delay, the winners may no longer be available to divy-out messes.

Quite willing to increase the time if other players are in favour
In terms of the next round, I'll make this so it won't reveal until I've left for work
I got worried when I saw the result of 1 because I started this round, thought it was me. Was relieved when I realised it starts with the loser of the last round so midlandsgungeguy gets it again!
