In this thread I want to see pictures that are ambiguous. Like the following, what is she wearing as a bathing dress - what happens next? Such a picture can stimulate the imagination endlessly.
Enjoy Bruno
PS: I do not know where this picture is from but it is Roxanne Arlen for sure.

Pool party at the Miles residence, Los Angeles, 1940s Doesn't it look like many of the modern models, bathing in their mini-Attire? Do the others go in aswell? Bruno
This is another wonderful picture of 4 bathing beauties from the 40ies. To me it looks very sexy going for a swim in thus type of attire - it looks almost like the modern fashion .... Hope you enjoy it too.

I'm just now remembering a "disappointing" photo that I saw, as a kid. It was in a National Geographic magazine. It should two waitresses jumping into a lake with their uniforms on. The photo was "mid-jump," just before they were in the water.
Some call it disappointing - for me it's the forebode, that makes me horny too! Just the two ladies in the air above the water and knowing that within milli-seconds their legs will disapear in the water and their private parts will get soaked ......
Summer 1961, Susannah York holding up her dress, fully clothed, in a swimming pool. So cute, does she move in the pool to the deeper until the hem gets touched; does she slip; Take a dip voluntary; all is possible in our imagination

FYI you can do a "reverse image search" using Google to find the answer. Just upload the pic and if it exists on the internet Google will find it....and it did.
Here is the full magazine article from 1953 that shows this pic and others from the same article. It is not from a movie, but an article about a builder and his house.
Just found this one on Instagramm, on a page that features 3 photos each of gloved babes. No explanations, no comments allowed, nada. But the other two photos are just dry, but this one was a different lighting, and there's a showerhead in the upper right. Is she wet? Are there photos in the set where she definitely is?

That photo reminds me of home movie candid footage from 1959 when actress Capucine was filmed at a pool party held at the Dirk Bogarde's mansion, when Dirk's longtime boyfriend Tony Forward picked up Capucine and tossed her in the pool in her dress.
Dirk was a keen home movie maker so the footage is in his archives. I posted the footage to my vintage wetlook blog here ...
Also there is the 1940's home movie footage of Director John Huston throwing Olivia de Havilland in the pool at his mansion as well. See here at 16 mins ...
While we are on this subject I should mention 2 other scenes where I only have the photos but have yet to find any film footage.
1) = Ginny Simms in the pool in 1946. Footage does exist because it was filmed for the Screen Snapshots short film series, but so far I have not been able to track down a copy of that short film. It was last seen on the TCM channel in the 1990s.
2) Debbie Reynolds thrown in the pool at a private party in 1962. I do not know if any film footage exists.
