After a total covering of fake tar, for fun you could then cover victim with feather's. victim could be place in a pillory and ankle stock's to look like olden form of punishment. a screen should be placed over drain to keep feather's clogging it up during clean up. try to explain to a plumber how all or the feather's got in there. LOL!
